Integrative Psychotherapy

My work as an integrative psychotherapist is to use specific theories in a systematic way and not in a haphazard fashion. I believe integrative psychotherapy is where the theories being used are able to form a cohesive whole rather than putting together different theoretical concepts and ideas that are not theoretically consistent in their approach.

I put these theories together into a coherent and unified approach for an individualised treatment design for each client. My aim is to integrate the theories to enable the client to achieve change on the emotional, cognitive and physiological level.

Some of the theories I work with are Transactional Analysis, Person Centred, Psychoanalysis such as Object Relations and Self Psychology.
